I always enjoy going out to clubs. Besides the dancing... some of them serve some amazing dinks.

General

Conga Room Special

• Mojito
  2 tsp Sugar, 2 fresh Lime wedges, 2 fresh Mint sprigs, 1 1/2 oz Light rum, Club soda
  In a glass, add the sugar, lime and mint, in that order. Crush the lime & mint, to extract some of their juices. Add ice, rum, and top off with the club soda. Cover glass & shake briefly.

tips:
Recipes Are Made To Go In Different Size Glasses.
Recipes Have The Amount Of Liquor Then Fill Glass With A Mix or Mixes. This Way Recipes Will Work In Any Size Glass. But If You Use Large Glasses Or Like Strong Drinks You Will Want To Put More Liquor Or Liqueur In.
Always Shake Sour Mixes Its Best To Shake Before Juice or Soft Drinks Are Added.
Most Recipes Can Be Made As Frozen Drinks, Except Ones With Soft Drinks.
Frozen Drinks Should Use Concentrate Mixes. For Frozen (add 1/2 cup of extra ice) 1st fill the glass with ice / fill with ingredients 2nd pour into blender / pour 1/2 glass of more ice in 3rd blend
